As a Marketing Recruitment consultant, you will source high calibre marketers, interview and assess them face to face, forging a strong relationship such that we can fulfil the recruitment requirements for all of our clients. The Package
Basic salary of £22,000 to £28,000 (depending on experience)
Potentially a company car / car allowance, depending on experience

Graduate Recruitment Consultant
You will be responsible for managing an existing group of clients, consulting with them on their recruitment needs and providing an unrivalled recruitment service, as well as having a major focus on developing new business opportunities. You will be dealing with a range of companies from SMEs to major blue chip organisations, and a professional and positive attitude is essential for this role.

Business Development Consultant
Due to the success BMS Marketing has enjoyed over the last few years, we have identified a key, strategic opportunity to help fuel our planned expansion.
The Role
You will be responsible for identifying and winning PSL agreements and campaign work with blue-chip organisations. You will also be developing existing business relationships with leads generated from other internal divisions.
Whilst client meetings and formal presentations will be the core functions associated with the role, prospecting for accounts, qualifying leads and building relationships are also an integral part of the role.
As you will be dealing with a diverse range of clients, including some of Britain's largest multi-nationals, a mature business approach is a prerequisite.
About You
This role will suit a tenacious, driven recruitment professional with experience working in a targeted, consultative role. Alternatively, if you have been working in a commercial sales environment and are looking for a challenge in the recruitment sector, you will also be of interest.
