Sometimes, especially when you’re recruiting for a senior person, you’re looking for someone with very specific abilities or experience. When this is the case, we can actively identify and target candidates with the skills-set you require. These candidates are often passive job seekers who would be impossible to reach through other means such as print or internet advertising, so by using executive search you really are able to reach an ‘un-tapped’ market.

Executive Search assignments usually contain some or all of the following stages:

• We take a job specification from you. We always try to do this face-to-face so that we can make sure we understand the role and your company. 
 
Please note that, due to the level of work that an executive search assignment involves, we do not operate on a results only basis. A percentage of the anticipated fee would be payable at the start of the process to fund the work we will be required to do.

• We identify potential current employers whose employees are likely to have the experience and skills that you require

• We collate names of relevant potential candidates

• BMS approach and engage those candidates into the interview process

• Arrange first interviews

• Follow and arrange seconds

• Offer made, acceptance, resignation, counter offer. Throughout this delicate process BMS would remain close to the candidate to offer advice and support
