If you come to BMS with a requirement, our aim is to provide you with a quality, transparent service. The recruitment process will usually contain some or all of the following points:
1. A detailed job specification is taken. It’s imperative that we gather all relevant information so that we can be sure that we’re looking for the right kind of candidates for you. Ideally, we’d meet up face to face to do this, but if that’s not viable we can do it over the phone. The process can take up to 45 minutes, but it’s time well spent – thoroughness at this point means success later on
2. We conduct a detailed search of our extensive database, as well as posting a job advert to our website and to multiple job boards to drive applications
3. Applicants who fit the bill are pre-qualified to ascertain their interest in and suitability for the role
4. First interviews are arranged and candidates are briefed for the interviews
5. We follow up the interviews, gathering feedback from both you and the applicant. As an extra option we can offer our clients a range of BPS psychometric tools, administered and interpreted by our in-house expert.
6. We arrange second interviews
7. We coordinate the offer process
