• Research into publications - ie circulation, publication date, cost, demographics etc

• Campaign scheduling, media planning, buying and advert placement (incl proofing)

• Response handling - post / e-mail / telephone

• Written and verbal communication with all applicants

• Initial selection with screening interviews

• Production of shortlist including logistical support

• Presentation of all management information ie. volume, efficiencies, timescales etc

• Review meeting - for feedback, learnings, successes, future assignments.
