Financial services sales jobs rise

New figures show that the number of financial services roles for the quarter ended June 30th 2011 increased by five per cent.

Reported by the Recruiter, the research from Powerchex reveals that there are multiple strong areas of growth within the sector.

These include insurance and investment banking positions, which may particularly interest those seeking business services sales jobs.

And these are not the only recent findings to report an upward trend in financial services recruitment.

Indeed, a recent study reported by the Confederation of British Industry and PricewaterhouseCoopers demonstrated that the sector has seen the strongest growth in employee numbers since September 2007.

During the second quarter of this year, some additional 11,000 positions were added to the industry's market, the research claimed.
